Customer service representatives are available to answer questions about your gas bill or to schedule service, Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m..

During the winter months, we typically experience a high volume of calls and ask for customers' patience when contacting us.

Pay your bill by phone with a credit or debit card through Online Resources at (800) 365-9900 (Online Resources charges a $4.55 fee for this service).

Please do not write notes on the bill stubs or include correspondence with your payment. We cannot respond to your questions when they are submitted with your payment or on the payment stub as the stub is used for payment purposes only.

If you need to write us, your letter should include:

  • A daytime phone number with area code where you can be reached.

  • A brief summary of the inquiry or problem.

  • Your account number and address.

  • Copies of your gas bills and cancelled checks if the question is about billing.
