Customer Service Center

  • Welcome to Washington Gas’ eService Center.​

    Our new customer support system is up and running. With the new system there are a few changes to the eService system that apply to you. 

    You now have a new 12-digit account number, which you will receive with your next bill/ebill. However, your log-in information remains the same. Please make note of this change for your reference on any payment or bank accounts that you may need to update. As a precaution, we will continue to store and accept your former 10-digit account number. If you have any additional questions regarding your account, please contact the Call Center at 703-750-1000. 

    You may login below (dark blue box) or check your account as an unregistered user (light blue box) – all you need is your account number (10 digit: 1234.56789 or 12-digit: 123456789123) and address.

    Available Payment Options:

    • eService - Check, Debit and Credit Card payments​​​​. No fees
    • Payment Lines – 800-823-9200 or 703-750-7944 (debit/credit cards). No fees
    • Customer Service – Account & Bill assistance -703-750-1000. Mon-Fri - 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sat - 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Sun - Closed​

    Password Reset​:​​  ​Click on “Forgot Password?”. New password must include 8-16 characters, one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one symbol.​​

Don't Have an Online Profile?

You can still view your billing information, pay your bill and perform other important tasks online without registering such as:
