We are extending the suspension of late fees and disconnects through the month of January to ensure that customers will continue to have access to reliable energy throughout the holiday season.     • Cash: Create an EZ-Payslip​, print or show on your mobile to pay your bill with cash at any 7-Eleven. Free
    • Customer Service – Account & Bill assistance: 844-WASHGAS (844-927-4427) Mon: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Tue - Fri: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sat: 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; Sun: Closed
