    Every day, our team works to deliver essential, reliable natural gas service to you. We know that difficult economic times have made it challenging for some customers to stay current with their bills. Our team is here to support customers who may be experiencing financial hardship.
     
    It is important that customers reach out for support now because we will again be assessing late fees and disconnecting customers for lack of payment beginning this month in some of our jurisdictions. To avoid late fees or possible disconnection, customers have several options.


    Available Paymen​t Options:
    • eService: Check, Debit and Credit Card payments. Free
    • Payment Lines: 844-WASHGAS (844-927-4427) (debit/credit cards). Free
    • Cash - Create an EZ-Payslip​, print or show on your mobile to pay your bill with cash at any 7-Eleven. Free
    • Customer Service – Account & Bill assistance -844-WASHGAS (844-927-4427)​. Mon-Fri - 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sat - 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Sun - Closed
