If you receive a meter reading card from Washington Gas or you would like to report your meter reading for any reason, you may read your meter, record the reading and report your reading to us by 1) mailing the meter reading card back to us the next day, 2) calling us at (703) 750-1000, or 3) completing the below form and click on the Confirm button. You will receive an onscreen confirmation indicating that your request is being processed. For more information about reading your meter or estimated readings, click here.

Once Washington Gas receives your meter read, we'll validate the reading. But we may or may not be able to use it depending on when during your billing cycle we receive it.
